Big Fish Computers prefers to bill on simple hourly labor rates for computer support services as follows:
On Site Service Rates
Residential 65.00 an hour (one hour minimum)
Small Business 75.00 an hour (one hour minimum)
Pick-Up and Off Site Service Rates
Residential 55.00 an hour (one hour minimum)
Small Business 65.00 an hour (one hour minimum)
Phone Support Rates
$10.00 per every 15 minutes of phone support (30 minute minimum) Remote Assistance Support Rates $45.00 an hour - billed in 30 minutes increments (one hour minimum)
Web Site Design Rates

Trip Charge of 25.00 for travel of greater than twenty miles outside of Kingwood
