She did all my wiring and even called the company for me... so patient (while I was going off) yes, she's a very nice person beside she knows what she's doing! 

I just wanted to let all of you who recommended her know that I finally had her out and my "boat anchor" is now a fully functioning computer again!!

She was wonderful... Hell half the time I think I almost understood what she was talking about.(unlike all those other techies) She was very patient with me.. Very reasonable... and I will definitely use her again if she doesn’t change her number to avoid me!!!! I’m calling her every time we get a new gadget!! It’s not worth stressing over just let her do the work!!

I wanted to add- I LOVE HER! She came out the other day and hooked up our router and networked our lap tops to the printer. I can sit downstairs- get on KU, watch TV, and print!
